We did not construct a nationwide interstate highway system because of Man's "Zeus-Given Right" to four lane highways. The central points at issue are simply CAN we join the rest of the developed world and provide healthcare for our people, and, if so, SHOULD we? BTW, the answer is "YES and YES"
